Demi Anderson

We welcomed our Demi into the team at the start of 2025, and she literally smashed it from day one. Demi has one gear. Super-fast! She refuses to lose, and she epitomises one of our Duval sayings: ‘On it like a car bonnet’. 

Another Geordie lass to add to the team, Demi is a secretly fast sprinter, trainer designer and hair colour changing specialist. She loves the gym, spicy pasta and in recruitment terms, she’s super adaptable. 

Already filling technical sales roles and language-related customer service positions to add to her former specialism, call centre roles at all levels, Demi is almost available 24/7. We’re still searching for her ‘off’ switch! 

Demi loves a festival, music and has a no-nonsense, let’s-get-this-job-done attitude to recruitment. Previously described (affectionately) as a ‘greyhound’ by one of the team and a ‘machine’ by another, one of our clients refers to her internally as ‘Demi More’ because she just keeps delivering quality at the right quantity!
