Our first priority is understanding our clients' needs. When we're approached to recruit for a marketing role, we need to thoroughly understand what's expected from the ideal hire, why you're recruiting for this role, why now and what does the perfect team fit look like?
After that, we move onto our search. We follow a thorough process before recommending any marketers to our clients. We take the time upfront to get to know every single marketer far beyond their CV. We want to know what gets them up in the morning, what challenges they face at work every day and how they overcome them. Getting someone who can help build your business goes way past a few words on a piece of paper.
We obviously delve into their achievements, we want to know the tangible return on their work and make sure they cam demonstrate how they’ll add value to our clients business from day one.
