The first thing we do with our Sales clients is a deep dive to understand exactly what they need. What do you need from your team, what does the business need, what do your hiring managers need? Once we've done that we'll feed you market information so you have a clear picture of the current climate and understand the cost of the best talent vs your role drivers.
Then it's onto the search. We interview every sales candidate before we recommend them to our clients. Why? So we can understand who they are, what targets they’ve been working to, how they sell, where their leads come from, and how they hit their numbers.
We take the time upfront to work out who they are and what they’re about. We’ll find out if they’re better at selling a service, solution, or product, if they’re stronger on the phone, in person, or on a video call, whether they’re a team player or a solo seller, and what their softer skills are. What drives them day-to-day, what do they want to achieve, and how hard are they willing to work to get there?
We put them through their paces to weed out the bullsh*tters, ensuring we’re only representing salespeople with substance.
