Hally Sweney

Hally had a wonderful career at the Guardian Media group – rising through the ranks to eventually head up their internal recruitment. Our Essex based super recruiter is a search specialist with fantastic analytical skills and brilliant commercial depth and understanding. Across multiple roles within any business, Hally can source tricky, unique, and senior people, pro-actively. Our Rolls Royce of head hunting, we go to Hally when we need that X-Factor candidate. With several years under her belt at Duval, Hally has great synergy with our solution based, consultative approach to recruitment. 

When she isn’t recruiting, she is super mum to a young lad and baby girl and being married to a journalist makes her extra inquisitive 😉

Hally works at pace and is a superb communicator, working at full pelt Monday to Wednesday. Working alongside Iain at Duval they have sourced and filled some phenomenal roles across Senior Sales and Director positions. Sectors include Technology, Manufacturing, Construction and Engineering.
