Our quiet but efficient Operations Assasin. Jemma has been across the globe via Cheadle and Dubai and ran a marathon or two along the way. Mum to a super active little lad and wife to super Dave, Jemma landed in West Yorkshire having spent a number of years across recruitment admin, support and ops roles for Hayes. Jemma is in charge or everything Iain is hopeless at and is our ninja advert poster, data provider, CRM manager and terms collector! Working 3 days a week Jemma has become the operational support Iain, and the team needed after the team doubled in size in 2022-23. Happy, laid back and a key team player, Jemma is the engine room keeping us all in check! You’ll see this rare sight at local soft plays, swimming baths and sometimes Silverstone race track, in a tent!
