Our Geordie pocket rocket is a sponge for information, and she loves a chat! After seeing Newcastle Student Union through the pandemic and graduating with a law degree and a masters, Lozzer made her way into recruitment via London and back again preferring the beauty of Blyth to the Big Smoke. Having developed at Duval since mid-2023, Lauren is a senior consultant that can handle the consultative side of recruitment, and her business and role knowledge has grown substantially. She learns at a fast pace and will understand your business needs and candidate ideals from the get-go, and if you do come across her in Newcastle or Leeds, she could well be washing down some fun with a Zinfandel or a fancy cocktail! 

Lauren has placed some senior roles in her time with Duval, from Senior Specification Manager, a Head of HR and has more recently been involved in recruitment across the globe with sales placements for 2 clients setting up in Sydney!
