Having known Natalie for almost 17 years this 13-sided dice rolling, scarf knitting, bread baking, dragon slaying, comedy watching one-off of a human being with a heart of gold is also, an IT ninja, game playing, Avengers watching, Yorkshire lass with zero interest in anything remotely standard. A mum to a gorgeous Lizard and a loyalty that goes beyond the norm, Nat has been with Duval for many years now and built on her early recruitment experience pre 2010 by finding solutions for a whole host of different clients. From care sector clients, engineering solutions companies, and technical and beyond. Natalie has the commerciality to adapt to almost any role. Her Boolean search strings are a thing of legends, and she helped develop the Duval fact find (ace candidate info tailored to the needs of the role and client that we send pre cv) to give clients a great understanding of what and who the candidate is that compliments the CV and job history and gives insight into what why and how.
