Taking a risk in 2009 Sarah left her role as a No1 Senior Managing Consultant and helped set up Duval with the sole purpose to provide a brilliant future for her future family and that drive and purpose still remains today which reflects in the care and professionalism and skill with which she delivers. Recruiting for businesses with a perm requirement across the UK has always been Sarah’s focus. To understand business needs, cultures and teams fits and then tailor the search to get the perfect solution. It doesn’t always go to plan, but this Geordie lass will die trying! 

Outside of Duval, super mum is currently harnessing the talents of Delilah and India and the world of kids, play dates, sleepovers, and gymnastics. With dog, Wolfie (a girl Toy Cavapoo), hair appointments, gym sessions and nights out. It’s no surprise she is the best sleeper north of the Tyne Bridge!
